Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays that are beyond our control. While we work hard to get your order shipped promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or transit times.

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. We are unable to issue shipping refunds for delays caused by the carrier, weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help you work with the carrier to locate your shipment.
