Refunds & Exchanges
Returns are not accepted. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days. Merchandise must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Please contact us by email prior to returning merchandise for exchange to help ensure prompt service.
Clearance items are not eligible for exchange.
Shipping
We do our best to ship all orders within 5 business days. If for any reason an item cannot be shipped within that time frame, we will contact you by email to confirm whether you would like to wait for the item to become available or cancel that item from your order.
While we work hard to get your order shipped promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or transit times. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. Shipping charges are non-refundable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.
